Emergency Preparedness
Develop and rehearse emergency plans. Equip the site with explosion-proof tools, fire extinguishers, and first-aid kits to respond swiftly to leaks or fires.
Test gas concentration in the air receiver before blowdown to prevent accumulation of flammable or toxic gases .
Post-Operation Verification
After closing the blowdown valve, check for leaks manually or with instruments to ensure sealing integrity .
Gradually repressurize the system while continuously monitoring pressure gauge stability to confirm no abnormal fluctuations .
