I. Pre-Operation Preparation
Personnel Qualifications & Protection
Operators must receive professional training on the air receiver’s structure, blowdown procedures, and emergency protocols .
Wear full protective gear throughout the process (anti-static clothing, non-slip shoes, gloves, goggles, and respirators) to avoid exposure to hazardous gases or splashes .
Equipment & Environment Inspection
Inspect the air receiver and pipelines for leaks, corrosion, or deformities. Verify the functionality of safety valves, pressure gauges, and other critical components .
Ensure proper ventilation in the blowdown area. Prohibit open flames or static electricity. Direct drainage pipes to explosion-proof containers or designated safe zones .
