II. Drainage Procedure
Pressure Relief
Gradually open the drain valve’s outlet to release pressure in stages until reaching a safe range (typically ≤0.2 MPa).
For dual-valve systems: Open the first valve to discharge liquid, close it, then open the second valve alternately until completion.
Waste Discharge
Direct the drainage pipe to a safe area (e.g., explosion-proof container). Never discharge directly onto the ground .
Slowly open the bottom drain valve. Monitor the discharged material (color, odor). Stop immediately and report if oil, rust, or liquefied gas residues are detected .
Keep the valve open until no liquid flows to avoid splashing from rapid opening .
Valve Reset
Close the drain valve and outlet sequentially. Check for leaks (e.g., tactile inspection for hissing sounds) .
Reopen the intake valve and gradually pressurize to normal operating pressure while monitoring gauge stability .
