1. Screw rotor
It consists of a pair of precisely meshed male and female rotors, made of high-strength alloy steel, and achieves wear-free operation through oil film contact. The rotor diameter specifications cover 63-377mm, and the aspect ratio is usually 1.0.

The working process of the screw air compressor is divided into
Intake stage: the tooth groove volume expands to form a negative pressure to inhale air
Closed delivery: the rotor meshes the closed gas and moves axially
Compression injection: the volume is reduced and the pressure rises to about 2MPa
Exhaust process: high-pressure gas is discharged through the exhaust port


2. Bearing system
The intake end uses a roller bearing, and the exhaust end is equipped with a tapered thrust bearing, which can withstand high-speed operation of 20,000rpm.


3. Screw air compressor auxiliary system
1. Lubrication system
Synthetic oil: flash point 255℃, pour point -43℃, oil mist separator to make the exhaust oil content ≤2ppm

Oil cooler: water-cooled or air-cooled to keep the oil temperature below 5℃

4. Screw air compressor air system
1. Intake assembly
Air filter: Dry paper filter with precision below 5μm
Intake valve: Disc structure supports 0-100% air volume adjustment, and energy saving is achieved through switch-type or volume control

2. Compression assembly
Oil-gas barrel: Preliminary separation of oil-gas mixture, storage of lubricating oil and oil level indicator.
Minimum pressure valve: 0.42MPa system pressure, protects oil filter element and ensures lubrication circulation.

5. Intelligent control system of screw air compressor
Touch LCD controller: Dynamic monitoring of pressure, temperature and other parameters, integrated overload protection and high-pressure alarm functions.
