Variable Speed Compressor

Variable speed air compressor (VSD air compressor), also known as variable frequency air compressor, is a mechanical device that adjusts the motor speed by controlling the input voltage frequency to meet different load requirements. The working principle of the variable frequency air compressor is similar to the energy-saving control of fans and water pumps. It adjusts the output power in real time according to the change of load to keep the pressure of the air compression system stable.

Working principle of variable speed air compressor
The variable speed air compressor adjusts the motor speed by controlling the input voltage frequency. When the system consumes less air volume, the compressed air provided by the compressor is greater than the system consumption, and the variable frequency air compressor will reduce the speed and reduce the output compressed air volume; conversely, it will increase the speed and increase the output air volume to maintain a stable system pressure.
