Portable Air Compressor You Should Know

Definition of mobile air compressor
A mobile air compressor is a structure with wheels or trailer frame for easy mobility, with its own prime mover (diesel engine or electric motor), and can be moved conveniently and quickly during outdoor operations.

Features of mobile air compressor
1. Mobility
With its own wheels or integrated type, it can be quickly moved in different work locations by vehicle towing or forklift handling.

2. Self-contained power source
Integrated with a diesel engine or gasoline engine as a driving source, it is convenient to operate independently in remote areas, mines, construction sites and other places lacking stable electricity.

3. Integrated design
The air compressor, cooling system, and gas tank are integrated and installed on a frame, and the whole unit is movable.

Application of portable air compressor
Portable air compressor is suitable for a variety of outdoor work occasions
1. Construction
Road excavation, spraying, drilling

2. Mining
Crushing, blasting, ventilation

3. Disaster relief
Earthquake, flood rescue

4. Oilfield gas extraction

Types of portable air compressors
Diesel mobile air compressor: The machine is driven by a diesel engine, and the power of the diesel engine drives the rotation of the screw compressor rotor to compress the air. Diesel mobile air compressors are suitable for outdoor occasions that require long-term operation and inconvenient power supply

Electric mobile air compressor: The air compressor is driven by an external power supply. Electric mobile air compressors are suitable for occasions with stable power supply, easy operation, small size, and convenient maintenance.

Explosion-proof screw air compressor: Suitable for occasions with explosion risks, such as underground coal mine operations, mining blasting, mountain drilling, etc.
