screw air compressorIndustrial screw air compressor adopts a stack of yin and yang rotor meshing structure, and the yang rotor and the yin rotor are formed into spiral tooth grooves through precision machining. When the motor drives the yang rotor to rotate, the yin rotor is synchronously driven to rotate in the opposite direction through the gear, so that the volume between the teeth changes periodically to complete the suction-compression-exhaust working cycle.
Three stages of

1. Inhalation
When the tooth groove space is connected to the air inlet, air is inhaled, and the maximum volume can reach 0.55m³/min.
2. Compression
The rotor rotates to reduce the volume between the teeth, and the pressure rises to the standard value of 1.0MPa
3. Exhaust
The oil content of the compressed air after passing through the oil-gas separator is less than 1.9ppm.
