How to use the air compressor and precautions？

I. Usage
1、Connect the air compressor with the corresponding machine first and plug in the power supply.
2, there is a switch on the top of the air compressor, directly open it.
3、When the pressure pointer goes to 90, open the valve inside the air compressor, the air compressor starts to work.
Precautions
1. The air compressor should be parked far away from steam, gas and dust flying place, the inlet pipe is equipped with a filter.
2. Keep the outside of the storage tank clean, prohibit welding or hot work near the storage tank.
3. The operator should be specially trained to fully understand the air compressor and auxiliary equipment.
4. Operators should wear good working clothes. It is strictly prohibited to work under the influence of alcohol or leave the workstation without permission.
5. The air storage tank should be hydrostatically tested once a year, and the test pressure should be 1.5 times of the working pressure. Regular inspection and replacement of barometers and safety valves should be carried out.
6. When cleaning the radiator, maintenance work such as cleaning and tightening should be carried out only after the machine is shut down.
7. When the air compressor is shut down, gradually open the exhaust valve of the storage tank, slowly reduce the pressure, reduce the speed of the diesel engine accordingly, and make the air compressor run at low speed and no load for 5~10 seconds.
8. After starting the diesel engine, it must be heated at low, medium and rated speeds. The air compressor should gradually increase the load to start, and run at full load only after the components are normal.
9. During the operation of the air compressor, pay attention to the meter readings, and stop the machine immediately for inspection if any abnormality is found. Open the condensate and water discharge valves of the intercooler and storage tank once or twice for every 2 to 4 hours of operation.
