I. Daily Maintenance
Lubrication System Inspection
Oil Level Check: Daily inspection of lubricant level; ensure the oil surface remains within the red line/circle on the sight glass. Refill promptly if insufficient .
Grease Lubrication: Apply grease to cylinders and moving parts every 2 hours to reduce mechanical wear.
Air Receiver Management
Condensate Drainage: Drain condensate and oil residue from the air receiver every 10 hours of operation. Open the bottom valve under pressure (0.2 MPa) for effective discharge .
Cooling System Cleaning
Dust Removal: Clean cooler surfaces monthly using dry compressed air (≥0.4 MPa). For vertical coolers, blow from the outside inward .
