What is
non lubricated air compressor?
Oil-free compressors do not require lubrication. They compress air through a pair of intermeshing screw rotors. The internal mechanism of oil-free compressors has very little friction during operation.
Oil-free compressors also use self-lubricating materials instead of lubricating oil. The output compressed air is highly pure and meets ISO 0 grade standards.
When the air compressor is running, moisture will accumulate in the form of water vapor. It may contain microorganisms and trace oil that affect the quality of compressed air. Although dryers and filters can remove some pollutants, they cannot completely remove oil stains. Oil-free compressors perfectly solve this problem.
