Introduction to centrifugal air compressor
Centrifugal air compressor is a kind of equipment that accelerates and compresses gas through high-speed rotation of impeller. It is widely used in chemical, electric power, metallurgy and other industries. Based on the principle of gas dynamics, the impeller drives the gas to rotate at high speed, so that the gas generates centrifugal force, thereby increasing the pressure of the gas. Centrifugal air compressor is mainly composed of two parts: rotor and stator.

Working principle of centrifugal air compressor
The working principle of the centrifugal air compressor is to make the gas obtain kinetic energy through the high-speed rotation of the impeller. In the diffuser part of the stator, the kinetic energy of the gas is converted into pressure energy to achieve gas compression. After the gas is sucked into the impeller, it obtains kinetic energy under high-speed rotation. The gas flows along the impeller flow channel, the speed slowly increases, and the pressure continues to rise. When the gas leaves the impeller, the speed reaches the maximum. Then, the gas enters the diffuser, the flow rate decreases, the kinetic energy is converted into pressure energy, and then discharged from the centrifugal air compressor through the exhaust port.

Features of centrifugal air compressor
1. Energy saving
The high-efficiency and energy-saving main engine design optimizes the impeller structure and reduces the energy loss during the compression process.

2. Stability
The heat exchange device with divided chambers avoids energy waste caused by high-temperature steam discharge, improves the heat exchange efficiency of waste heat recovery, and enhances the stability of the system.

Application of centrifugal air compressors
1. Manufacturing industry
Centrifugal air compressors are widely used in pneumatic tools, pneumatic control systems, coating equipment, laser cutting machines, and stamping machinery. Stable output of high-quality compressed air.

2. Chemical industry
Centrifugal air compressors can provide oil-free, dry and stable compressed air to meet the needs of process gas supply and pneumatic transportation

3. Sewage treatment
Centrifugal air compressors are used in processes such as waste gas treatment and wastewater aeration. Through efficient gas transmission, waste gas and water are treated and resources are recycled.

4. Mining industry
Commonly used in mine ventilation, coal gasification, natural gas transportation, etc.
