1. Core compression system of air compressor
Compressor Head
Composed of a high-strength alloy steel rotor and an aluminum alloy casing, the volume of compressed air is achieved through rotor engagement. The three-dimensional curved profile design of the rotor affects the efficiency and noise level of the air compressor.


Intake valve group
It includes an air filter with a filtration accuracy of 4-9 μ m and a servo control valve. When the intake valve is closed, it can achieve no-load starting and reduce energy consumption.

Oil separator: centrifugal and gravity two-stage separation, oil content can be reduced to 3.5ppm
Oil filter: filtration accuracy of 8-13 μ m, with a service life of up to 3 month
