Air compressors are widely used in all aspects of automobile production.
Air compressors are widely used in all aspects of automobile production. Whether it is a roadside auto repair shop or a traditional oil car BMW, Mercedes-Benz or new energy Tesla, car companies need high-quality compressed air.
In the past,
oil-lubricated reciprocating piston compressors were mainly used in automobile production, but the compressed air required for automobile painting would be mixed with impurities such as oil. And piston air compressors may experience compressed air fluctuations.
Screw air compressors have improved this defect and can provide stable and pure compressed air without pulsation. Nowadays, major automobile production air compressor manufacturers have upgraded to screw variable frequency energy-saving air compressors.
Air compressor automobile production application
1. Painting system
The air compressor provides high-pressure air for
automobile painting, supports the spray gun to atomize the paint and ensures uniform atomization effect. Screw compressors have become the preferred equipment for painting operations because they can continuously output stable high-pressure air. Their 100% oil-free can meet the air purity requirements of precision spraying.
2. Braking system
Compressed air decelerates and stops the vehicle by pushing the brake. With fast response and strong braking force, it is widely used in large working vehicles such as heavy trucks.
3. Automobile assembly
Compressed air helps operate vehicle assembly robots and pneumatic equipment, tighten body parts, etc.
4. Surface cleaning
Before painting, use dust-free and dry compressed air to clean the metal surface of the car body.
5. Suspension system
The air suspension system adjusts the height and hardness of the vehicle through an air compressor to improve ride comfort and handling stability.
6. Repair and maintenance
Generally used in auto repair shops, the tire inflation pressure dynamic adjustment system is automatically calibrated according to the load.
